What is Action Wool? An eco-friendly alternative to sheepskin, Action Wool is made from shorn sheep's wool that is woven tightly together. Think of it as simply just a haircut where the collected wool is used to make the material. Because Action Wool is made from genuine sheep's wool, it looks and feels just like sheepskin and is near impossible to differentiate between them. And, in many ways, Action Wool is superior:
- No animals harmed to make Action Wool
- Genuine sheep's wool with no leather hide backing (just a "haircut"); the shorn wool is then sewn into a woven backing
- Equally as plush and comfortable as you come to expect from sheepskin
- Lasts as long as sheepskin
- Like sheepskin, Action Wool will not shed
- Hand-washable with a mild detergent or shampoo (allow to air dry). Sheepskin is dry clean only.

- We cannot guarantee that the color ordered will match your interior, even if the vehicle's VIN is provided
- For customers who provide a photo we will gladly offer our opinion on which color is the best match
- Colors are generally fade resistant and should last many years
- Fading is less likely to occur in vehicles that are not continually exposed to direct sunlight and with lighter colors
Care and Cleaning
- Light brushing with a wire dog brush and vacuuming will keep them fluffy if they get matted down
- Febreeze or similar can be used safely
- Scotchgard can be safely applied, however it is not necessary due to the natural stain resistance of sheepskin
- Spot clean with water and mild soap
- Drink spills - blot up as much liquid as possible and allow to air dry
- Hand-washable with a mild detergent or shampoo (allow to air dry)

Warranty
- 1 year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials; excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage or damage due to improper installation or use

Actual color can be affected by how dye takes to individual skins when tanned and dye lot changes by the tanneries we source our skins from. We feel our photos are an excellent representation of our colors, however viewing conditions such as monitor settings and ambient lighting can affect how they appear to a customer.
