30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any non-custom made item for a full refund (minus any shipping, handling or gift wrap charges) within 30 days of the date we shipped the item to you. The item must be in Item(s) must be in new, unused, undamaged, and resellable condition, complete with all parts including any included accessories such as headrest covers, in original packaging with all paperwork and shipped back to us in a shipping box to ensure full credit. Resellable means that if you ordered something new and received the exact item(s) you are returning, you wouldn't think they have been used. We're a small, family run business and appreciate your understanding. Prior return authorization is required.

Extended Holiday Return Period
Purchase with confidence. Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is extended during the holiday season to cover orders both placed and shipped between November 1 and December 25. Returns for purchases made in this time frame are eligible for a full refund until January 31 the following calendar year.  All other conditions still apply.

Return Authorization Required Prior To Return Being Accepted
If you find that a cover isn't fitting properly, it is likely that you may need help with installation. Please call us at (619) 752-4584‬ for installation assistance over the phone and check our installation instructions and video. If our staff determines that there is another issue, send us an email to request a return. Returns for refund are only authorized within 30 days of the shipment date. Returns requested beyond 30 days from the shipment date are eligible to receive store credit toward a future purchase.

Restock Fee of 25% or Denial of Refund:
Will apply at our discretion for any of the following:

  • Item(s) returned without prior authorization

  • Item(s) returned beyond 30 days of the date the return was authorized

  • Item(s) returned are dirty and can be cleaned. If an item cannot be cleaned, it will be returned to you at your expense.

In the event that 2 or more of the above conditions apply to a returned item, refund will be automatically denied. For any returned item denied a refund you will be responsible for the return shipping expense.

Clearance Items
The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to any items marked as clearance. All sales on these items are final. Clearance items are located in that category of the website and are clearly marked as such. The manufacturer warranty still applies to these items.

Custom Made-to-Order Items
Returns are not accepted on any custom made-to-order item, for any reason. We are proud of our work, guarantee the fit and quality of our products and will work with you to resolve any issues. The following is an incomplete list of non-returnable, custom made-to-order items:

  • Superlamb Supervest Custom Sheepskin Seat Covers

  • Superlamb Custom Sheepskin Headrest Covers

  • Superlamb Custom Sheepskin Console Covers

  • Superlamb Custom Sheepskin Armrest Covers

  • Superlamb Custom Sheepskin Floor Mats

  • Custom Leatherette Console Lid Covers

  • Custom Leatherette Diamond Console Lid Covers

  • And any other item that has the word "CUSTOM" in the product name (does not apply to "semi-custom" items)

In the event of a problem, it may be necessary to evaluate the issue at our facility, to which we will provide you a prepaid shipping label. At that time we will determine whether to fix or replace the item, at our discretion, then ship the item back to you. Please remember to complete online checkout, acceptance of the no return policy of custom made items is a mandatory checkbox.

All custom made items are hand made by folks here in the USA (San Diego, California) and we stand behind our workmanship and quality. We use only the best materials, including Australian and New Zealand sheepskins (which are expensive) and can take a team of 3 people between 2 hours and 6 hours to make.

Installation Problems
We understand that sometimes installing seat covers can be tricky. In 95% of all cases where there have been problems, we are able to assist the customer with the installation over the phone, email, FaceTime or Skype. If after having received assistance from our installation staff and you are still not satisfied with the fit, we'll ask that you email or text us photos in order to determine if it's a product issue or if item is not installed correctly.

Sheepskin Color Swatches
We recommend you request a color swatch when ordering custom made sheepskin items. There is a small charge for the swatch, but is completely refundable when you make a purchase (just contact us with your swatch order number, we will confirm you placed an order for a custom made sheepskin item and will refund the swatch payment. No need to return the swatch to us). This helps you determine that you will receive the color you expect, as colors when viewed on a computer or mobile screen can vary from device to device.

Please remember, the chances are that we have already installed covers similar to the ones you just purchased. In the event we don't have a pattern for your vehicle yet, we will locate the exact vehicle at a local San Diego dealership and make the pattern identical to your seats, head rests, consoles etc. We then make the covers, take them back to the dealer and Install them on the car to verify fit prior to shipping to you. With older vehicles, in many cases the covers have already been made hundreds of times so the fit is guaranteed.
