30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-custom made items for a full refund (minus any shipping, handling or gift wrap charges) within 30 days of the original SHIPMENT DATE. The item must be in new, unused condition in original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories and shipped back to us in a shipping box to ensure full credit.

Extended holiday return period
Purchase with confidence. Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is extended during the holiday season to cover orders placed and shipped between November 1 and December 25. Returns for purchases made in this time frame are eligible for a full refund until January 31 the following calendar year.  All other conditions still apply.

All purchases must receive prior authorization before a return can be accepted. If you find that a cover isn't fitting properly, it is likely that you may need help with installation. Please call us at (619) 752-4584‬ for installation assistance over the phone and check our installation instructions and video. If our staff determines that there is another issue, send us an email to request a return. Returns for refund are only authorized within 30 days of the SHIPMENT DATE. Returns requested beyond 30 days from the SHIPMENT DATE are eligible to receive store credit toward a future purchase.

In the event an item or items are returned without prior authorization, and if accepted back, a restocking fee of 25% will automatically be deducted from the refund providing the covers can be resold. If the covers for whatever reason are not accepted back, they will be returned and the shipping charged to the customer.

A restocking fee of 25% will apply for any of the following:

  • Item returned beyond 30 days of date of authorization of return for refund

  • Item is returned dirty and can be cleaned. If an item cannot be cleaned, it will be returned to you and your credit card will be charged return shipping.

Should both of the above situations occur, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to Clearance items, as all sales are final in that section of the website. The manufacturer warranty still applies to these items.

There are no returns on custom fit items that are made to order except for defects in materials or workmanship. Custom fit items that are not made to order can be returned according to the return policy on this page. The following is a list of non-returnable, custom made to order items:

In the event there is a problem, we will pay to have the covers returned to the factory to evaluate your complaint. In addition we reserve the right to fix any problems or replace the covers at our discretion. Please remember, when ordering Custom Made seat covers, you acknowledge on the order that you understand that Custom Made covers cannot be returned for a refund. Every cover is made by hand and yes we do occasionally make mistakes although they are very infrequent. It is usually always something small so it is corrected and shipped back to you the same day it comes back into our factory. This includes all of the Custom Made Sheepskin Seat Covers, Floor Mats, Armrest Covers, Headrest Covers and Console Lid Covers.

We use only the best Australian and New Zealand sheepskins, they are expensive, and the seat covers you want to order takes a team of 3 people between 2 hours and 6 hours to make, depending on the vehicle and style of seat.

Installation Problems
Having problems installing the seat covers is not a reason to return them. In 95% of all cases where there have been problems, we are able to assist the customer with the installation over the phone, email or Skype. If after having received assistance from our Installation staff and you are still not satisfied with the fit, we ask that you email us a picture, (If you do not have a computer, please mail us the picture). With the assistance of a picture we are able to see the problem and determine if it's a factory issue or if it was not installed it correctly.

Color Swatch
We recommend you request a color swatch when ordering Custom Made Sheepskin Seat Covers, there is no cost to you and it reduces the chances of a mistake being made, particularly when colors can differ from computer to computer. If you are in a rush, keep in mind depending on where you live, a color sample will delay your order.

Please remember, the chances are that we have already installed covers similar to the ones you just purchased. If the vehicle is new when you placed your order, and we don't have a pattern for it yet, we go to our local Dealerships in the city of San Diego and select the vehicle that is identical to yours and make the template (pattern)identical to your seats, head rests, consoles etc. After having made the templates, we make the covers, take them back to the Dealer and Install them on the car. If there is a problem we fix it, if not we ship it, either way we know the covers fits. With older vehicles, in many cases the covers have already been made hundreds of times so the fit is guaranteed.
