Our free shipping option is via UPS Ground to the contiguous 48 US states; small packages may ship with USPS Priority Mail.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.) contact us with the item(s) you wish to purchase and the delivery zip code and we will calculate the shipping cost.

We do not ship outside the USA. For our international customers we can ship to a contact in the US that can then send on to you, such as a freight forwarding company, a friend or relative, or if you'll be visiting here we can also ship to a hotel.

Superlamb seat covers are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defective materials and workmanship for 6 months to 3 years from the date of purchase, depending on the type of cover purchased. The warranty explicity covers repairs of broken straps, loose stitching and broken snaps and does not include normal wear and tear, color fading, abuse, etc. All warranty repairs will be preformed at the factory free of charge except for the cost of dry cleaning. If required, products to be repaired under this warranty shall be cleaned by the purchaser and shipped to us. The purchaser is responsible for the payment of shipping costs to the factory. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You have have others rights that vary from state to state.

Depending on your needs, here's what we recommend:

• Leatherette - Looks like leather but without the price. Protect your new seats or rejuvenate older seats while preserving the leather look of your interior.
• Sheepskin - Ultimate in comfort. Warm in winter, cool in summer.
• Faux sheepskin - A comfortable vegan alternative to sheepskin.
• Neoprene - Waterproof. Great for athletes who get in the car after a game, swimming, working out, etc.
• Mesh - Breathable, cool material. Great for leather seats in a hot climates.

• Custom - Tailored to fit your seat exactly and made to order. For complex seats or those who want an exact fit. We make these buy hand, so give us more time to manufacture.
• Semi-Custom - Excellent fit on most vehicles and ship quickly.
• Universal - A more affordable option, no alterations are made and ship quickly.

Yes, all our seat covers are seat side air bag compatible. Depending on the cover, inside the backrest portion of the cover and along one side we use either velcro, break-away straps or openings/slots. If you prefer, we also offer covers that leave the sides entirely open: EasyFit, Sheepskin Insert, Universal Wrap Sheepskin and Universal Wrap Luxury Fleece. Our seat cover colors are neutral tones designed to look great in any vehicle, regardless of manufacturer. The photos on our website are, in our opinion, accurate representations of the colors of our products, but because monitor and device settings vary we recommend customers review our photos from multiple devices to determine that the chosen color is the desired color accompaniment to their vehicle.

In the case of sheepskin, additional factors can cause slight variances: dye lot changes by our supplier and how the wool from different animals takes to the dye. We offer customers who buy any of our custom made sheepskin seat covers the opportunity to receive a sample prior to production and we keep a small piece cut from the same skin on file for 30 days to match your covers exactly to the sample sent. You can see all our sheepskin color swatches and order a sheepskin sample for a small refundable fee when you make a purchase.

Varies by product. Some covers leave the back open, therefore keeping the pocket open and cap down about 6" in the back. Some seat covers that completely cover the back side of the backrest have a pocket built into them while others do not. See each individual product page for more information.

There are 2 methods to tell the difference between real sheepskin and faux / synthetic sheepskin:

• Burn Test: Take some of the wool and burn it. Real sheepskin wool will smell like burning human hair and will turn into a black ash. Burning synthetic will smell like plastic, and shrink into a small black ball. See this sheepskin real or fake video.
• Needle Test: Using a needle, press into the material. If real sheepskin, the attached leather hide will produce significant resistance. Synthetic material has either a foam or woven backing that produces minimal resistance and is easy for a needle to penetrate.

This is perfectly normal. The markings are due to the covers being in the box used to ship to you. Like a mattress or a mattress pad that comes in a box, the markings will fade over time once the covers are installed. Markings fade faster in the summer when the interior of your vehicle is hotter.

Depending on the material, here's what we recommend:

• Leatherette - Easily wiped down, you can also use Simple Green or a leather cleaner for car interiors
• Sheepskin - Lightly brush with a dog brush and vacuum. When cleaning a liquid spill, spot clean by dabbing up as much as possible. Can be dry cleaned.
