About Action Wool

• Dense fleece measures approximately 0.78" deep (20mm)
• Will not shed, even after many years (when new, slight shedding may occur along seams which will stop over time)
• Hypoallergenic, will not cause irritation or allergic reactions
• Will not smell bad

Colors

• Our colors are designed to look great in any vehicle, regardless of manufacturer
• We cannot guarantee that the color ordered will match your interior, even if the VIN is provided
• For customers who provide a photo we will gladly offer our opinion on which color is the best match
• Colors are generally fade resistant and should last many years
• Fading is less likely to occur when not continually exposed to direct sunlight and with lighter colors

Safety

• Will not slide when installed correctly
• Rolls-Royce snaps can be sewn in (customer must provide snaps)

Care and Cleaning

• Light brushing with a wire dog brush and vacuuming will keep them fluffy if they get matted down
• Febreeze or similar can be used safely
• Scotchgard can be safely applied
• Spot clean with water and mild soap
• If a drink spills on them, blot up as much liquid as possible and allow to air dry
• Hand-washable with a mild detergent or shampoo (allow to air dry)

• Heel Pad On Driver Mat: All our Action Wool floor mats come with a rubber heat-pressed heel pad under the pedals, you can choose no heel pad or upgrade to genuine leather heel pad for $45
• Change Binding Color: Create a unique 2-tone look by changing the color of the binding for an additional $40 per order
• Embroidered logos: Start at $85 for set up fee plus $95 per instance of logo, please provide us the logo you wish to use
• Rear Floor Mat Variations: Some vehicles with additional leg room in the back seat are known as "Extended Wheelbase" (EWB) or "Long Wheelbase" (LWB) and have rear floor mats roughly the same size as the front row floor mats. Please notify us if this is the case with your vehicle. We also offer the option to do a single rear floor mat "over the hump" for an additional charge of $80. EVs rear floor mats generally come as one solid piece

• Most custom made orders take 10-20 business days to manufacture, if it will take longer we will email you
• Manufacturing time can vary due to many factors, such as pattern availability, amount of orders in the queue, etc
• Your floor mats are made-to-order by hand, quality workmanship takes time

• All orders ship from our manufacturing facilities in Southern California, USA
• We use ground shipping and delivery can take 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on delivery address distance from Southern California
• Shipping time is in addition to the production/manufacturing time listed above
• You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is shipped

• Returns are not accepted on any custom made-to-order item, for any reason.
